Mr. Siro Pardini
Siro Pardini holds a Degree in Economics from the University of Pisa, he is a Certified Public Accountant and is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Florence since 1988.
After having held junior to senior management positions in a leading auditing firm, Mr. Pardini devoted himself exclusively to the "Chartered Accountant" profession. His professional services chiefly address: management consulting, administrative-accounting consulting, auditing, "due diligence" and company valuation. Mr. Pardini has gained special knowledge and expertise in the ordinary and extraordinary management of multinational companies operating in the mechanics, textile, fashion and electronics industry.
He has taught advanced courses at the Economics and Business University of Florence on: "Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements". He has also been a speaker at several conferences and seminars talking about administrative and accounting issues on behalf of, among others, the Florence Chamber of Commerce, Association of Italian Industrial Businesses, Regional Council of Tuscany, Foundation of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors of Florence and the Chartered Accountants Association of Florence.
